1. Applicability
   - These general terms and conditions apply to all offers and agreements.
   -By placing an order you automatically agree to our general terms and conditions.

2. Prices
   - All prices mentioned on our website and social media are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of any shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. The mentioned prices are always subject to changes.
   - La Mancherie strives for a website that is as up-to-date as possible. If, despite these efforts, the information or content on this website is incomplete and/or incorrect, we cannot accept any liability for this.

3. Agreement
   - The agreement is entered into when the customer has made his payment and has received written confirmation of this from La Mancherie.

4. Right of withdrawal
- If the customer wishes to return the item for reasonable reasons, this is possible within 14 days after purchase (starting from the moment the customer has paid for the order)
- A return must always be reported in advance by email
- Normal use and/or signs of ageing do not constitute grounds for return.
- After return, the items will be checked. If they are in the same condition as La Mancherie sent them, the purchase amount including shipping costs will be refunded within 5 working days
- The costs for the return shipment are for the customer
- Cancellation of an order is possible up to 24 hours after placing the order, provided that the order has already been shipped, stating the order number. After this you are liable for payment.

5. Delivery
- La Mancherie ships its orders within 3 business days after payment. Should there unexpectedly be a longer shipping time, they will always inform the customer of this.
- Shipping costs are €5.45 for a package of maximum 80x50x15 cm and max 10 kg or €9.95 80x50x15 cm and max 20 kg via DHL and subject to change.
- The packaging of an order will be done carefully, but is nevertheless at the buyer's risk.
- Collection of the order is possible, by appointment, in Zoetermeer or on Goeree Overflakkee.

6. Payment
- Payment is currently only possible via a payment request or by bank transfer.

7. Privacy
- Your personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be provided to third parties without your permission.
